Khalil began his racing career in 1998, entering the sport without any financial support. Through sheer determination and resourcefulness, he secured sponsors to start Karting in his home country, Lebanon. After a few years of persistence, he succeeded in obtaining sponsorship to compete in Europe, thereby embarking on his single-seater career in an inspirational manner. Between 2004 and 2012, he raced in multiple leading European championships, including F3 and F3000, as well as the well-known World Cup of Motorsport, A1GP, representing Team Lebanon and the Arab world for three seasons. Along the way, he enjoyed a very successful season in the F3000 Euroseries in 2005, running 5th in the overall standings before switching to A1GP later that season.”
